700 MB CD-R media
ISO 9660 CD-ROM-XA format

Picture-DVD specs:

4.7 GB DVD-R media
UDF DVD-ROM format

* These are ONLY our suggestions for a minimum system, however your CD-ROM drive MUST support the multi-session format (CD-ROM-XA) for 700 MB ISO 9660 CD-R disks. Most CD-ROM drives do. For Picture-DVD, your DVD-ROM drive must be able to read 4.7 GB DVD-R media recorded in the UDF format.

This is the Cadillac. This program supports 65 file formats, allows editing, exporting and will assist you in cataloging your files.

GraphicConvertor for Macintosh including Apple iMac and OS X-
Excellent shareware program can handle virtually every graphic file format imaginable. Will allow slide shows on your Mac. Well worth the $30 registration fee.

Try Shareware.com for many programs ready to download.

** Please note this is only suggested software, ANY program that can handle the TIFF & JPEG formats will give you access to your photo files on the Picture-CD and Picture-DVD disks.
